(1) There shall be a Pragya-Pratishthan Service Commission as follows to recommend the permanent appointment and promotion of employees in Pragya Pratishthan:-
(a) Person nominated by the Vice-Chancellor – Chairman
(b) One member appointed by the Chairman of the Public Service Commission – Member
(c) One academician-member nominated by the Chancellor from amongst the academicians (d) Secretary of Pragya Pratishthan – Member – Secretary
(2) The term of office of the Chairman and nominated members of the Service Commission shall be four years and they may be re-appointed once more.
(3) Other work, duties, rights and procedures of the Service Commission shall be as prescribed.
(4) The work, duties and rights of the Chairman and members of the Service Commission and the remuneration facilities and other conditions of service shall be as prescribed.
(5) The Chairman of the Service Commission shall submit the annual report of the Service Commission to the Chancellor and the Chancellor shall present the report to the Assembly for consideration. The Assembly may consider the report and give necessary instructions to the Service Commission.
